Refund Policy
Article 1 – General Information
At Lisea Nails, we pay particular attention to the quality of our products. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure your satisfaction.
Article 2 – Customized Products
Customized or tailor-made Press-On Nails are manufactured according to the customer's choices (size, shape, design or personalization).
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the event of an error or defect found upon receipt.
Article 3 – Non-Customized Products
Non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
- they have never been used;
- they are returned in their original packaging;
- they are in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Article 4 – Defective Products or Order Error
If a product received is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the order placed, the customer must contact Lisea Nails within 48 hours of receipt.
The request must be accompanied by photographs showing the problem.
After verification, a replacement, credit note or refund may be offered.
Article 5 – Order Cancellation
Any cancellation request must be made within 24 hours after order validation.
After this period, the order may already be in preparation and can no longer be canceled.
Article 6 – Refunds
When a refund is accepted, it will be made via the same payment method used during the purchase.
Processing time may vary depending on the customer's banking institution.
