General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the Lisea Nails website.

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 – Products

Lisea Nails offers Press-On Nails and application kits for sale.

Product photographs and descriptions are presented with the greatest possible care. However, slight differences may exist between the visuals and the final product.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros.

Lisea Nails reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed at the rate in force at the time of the order.

Article 4 – Order

Any order becomes final after payment validation.

Lisea Nails reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or prior dispute.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order.

Payments are secured via the providers offered on the Shopify platform.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are given for information purposes only.

Lisea Nails cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.

Article 7 – Custom products

Products made to measure or customized according to the customer's specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

These products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except in the case of a proven error or defect.

Article 8 – Claims

Any claim concerning a damaged, defective, or non-compliant product must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Photographs may be requested to review the claim.

Article 9 – Liability

Lisea Nails cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products sold.

The customer is responsible for following the provided usage instructions.

Article 10 – Personal data

Personal data collected during orders is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Article 11 – Intellectual property

All content on the Lisea Nails website (texts, photographs, logos, visuals, designs) is protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 12 – Applicable law

These GTC are subject to French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
